Can I ship to...?
You can track your order by signing into your account and searching your order number 48 hours after it is placed. You can also track your order here.
To change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service at cs@designelementusa.com. Because we make every effort to ship products quickly, once the shipping process begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Cancellation may be possible, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
No, we require a physical shipping address.
Yes, military addresses are accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is limited to the continental U.S.

We do not provide parts or instructions on attaching our vanities to your wall as they are meant to be free standing.
Please use construction grade adhesive that is specifically for stone such SA Loctite PL-530.
Backsplashes are not sold separately, but replacements can be provided if within warranty. We do not provide sidesplashes.

If the top is not already glued down, then yes. If the top came glued down then we DO NOT advise that you attempt to remove the top as you may damage the vanity.
The 1βyear limited manufacturer warranty covers part replacement for failures during normal residential use. Our full warranty policy can be found here.

Yes, Design Element uses sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect your credit card information. Every page in the ordering process that requests credit card information uses secure encryption. However, no system is 100% risk-free. We recommend signing out and closing your browser after completing your visit, especially on shared or public computers.
No. We only communicate with you if you opt in. We do not share your information with outside companies. Requests to update or correct your information may take 2β4 weeks.
